AI data use

CaringIQ currently uses Amazon Bedrock for core AI-assisted functionality. CaringIQ does not use identifiable Customer Content to train, fine-tune, or improve CaringIQ AI models or third-party AI models without your express permission.

For content processed through Bedrock, data handling depends on CaringIQ's configured Bedrock retention mode, the model used, and the feature being used. CaringIQ configures AI providers and service providers to restrict training use and to process Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, debug, and support the Services, as described in our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Subprocessors page.

Other providers used for specific features, such as transcription, may retain limited logs for abuse monitoring, debugging, security, or legal compliance, as described in our Privacy Policy and Subprocessors page.
