Subprocessors

CaringIQ uses service providers and subprocessors to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the Services. These providers may process Customer Content or related personal information only as needed to perform services for CaringIQ, subject to contractual, technical, and organizational controls.

Key subprocessors and service-provider categories include:

  1. Cloud hosting, storage, databases, networking, backups, and infrastructure providers;

  2. AI processing providers, including providers used for summaries, answers, reminders, suggestions, classifications, and related AI-assisted functionality;

  3. Transcription, speech processing, search, and document-processing providers;

  4. Email delivery, notification, authentication, security, abuse prevention, monitoring, logging, analytics, customer support, billing, and payment-processing providers; and

  5. Professional service providers that support legal, security, compliance, accounting, and operational needs.

CaringIQ currently uses Amazon Web Services, including Amazon Bedrock for core AI-assisted functionality, as a key infrastructure and AI-processing provider.

Other providers used for specific features may retain limited logs for abuse monitoring, debugging, security, support, or legal compliance, as described in our Privacy Policy.

If CaringIQ adds a new subprocessor that materially changes how Customer Content is processed, we will provide notice as described in our Privacy Policy or other applicable legal notices.
